Do you have keen observation skills and a passion for cleanliness? As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating lasting positive memories for our guests as your lead the Housekeeping team to deliver clean, sanitized, and comfortable accommodations. You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness for our guest rooms and overall hotel operations.

What you will be doing:
- Training the housekeeping team to deliver exemplary guest service.
- Supporting and training teammates on housekeeping operations and cleanliness standards.
- Assisting with the recruitment and selection process for Housekeeping teammates.
- Coordinating work schedules to ensure efficient operations and minimal guest disruption.
- Continuously promoting, communicating, and embodying the RMC culture.
