Raye IT Consulting is Hiring a Business Analyst Near Silver Spring, MD
Raye IT is looking for an innovative and experienced Business Analyst to support a federal client within the Washington, D.C. area.
Responsibilities
- Support the definition and refinement of system, subsystem, and lower level functional and performance requirements and interfaces to facilitate the architecture design process.
- Support the development of measurable and verifiable requirements.
- Assist the Government in ensuring that Systems Engineering (SE) discipline is applied to the translation of the Stakeholder Requirements Definition and Requirements Analysis processes into alternative design solutions and the selection of a final solution.
- Perform a detailed Baseline assessment and Gap analysis:
- Document Baseline Assessment
- Document Gap Analysis
- Working with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify and document requirements, business rules, and define efficient processes.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience performing business analysis.
- Experience owning all aspects of requirements definition.
- The ability to identify business problems and work with stakeholders to identify technical solutions, build consensus, and support successful implementation.
- Experience leading analysis of alternatives (AOA).
- Experience with business process modeling.
- Understanding of agile best practices.
Preferred: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP); Experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
Security Clearance Requirement: Public Trust.
Place of Performance: Silver Spring, MD (hybrid)
