Raybrex Dental Recruiting is Hiring a Dentist Near Franklin, NC

We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable office that is seeking an associate dentist. They are averaging 4.9 stars out of over 500 online reviews. Their current dentist is relocating and therefore they have a busy and long established patient base already developed.

The office has a mix of PPOs and Fee for Service. The office is a modern one, with digital x-rays, paperless charting, a CBCT and scanners. They have an experienced and long tenured staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk, that all work very well together. Full time or part time would be considered. No nights and no weekends required.

They are ideally seeking an experienced dentist but would consider a recent grad as well. General dentistry procedures is all that is required but if proficient in more advanced procedures that is a plus. They can also provide excellent mentoring in implants and other advanced procedures. There would be wonderful collaboration as well with the other dentists.

Associate Dentist Requirements:

  • Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
  • State license to practice dentistry.
  • CPR certification.
  • Proven experience working in a dental practice.
  • The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
  • The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
  • The ability to work in a team.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills.
