This is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days a week in office

Our globally recognized law firm is seeking a Collections Analyst for a pivotal role in our Kansas City office. As part of our diverse team, you'll contribute to our commitment to excellence.

The ideal candidate will efficiently collaborate with attorneys on collections, and address past due accounts through client communications. Responsibilities include documenting client activity, addressing disputed line items, and submitting appeals to clients promptly. This role requires collaboration with the billing department, serving as a financial liaison between the firm and clients, and supporting collections beyond the home office. Flexibility is crucial, and the candidate should be ready to assist the billing team as needed.

Qualifications include excellent communication skills, prior accounts receivable experience (preferably in a law firm), and a high level of accuracy. Previous legal eBilling experience is beneficial but not mandatory. The ability to thrive under pressure is crucial.
