Ray Thomas is Hiring a Billing Specialist Near Grand Rapids, MI

Our top performing law firm is seeking an experienced full-time Billing Coordinator for our Grand Rapids office. The chosen candidate will oversee client billing, including intake, time-entry, invoice preparation, electronic billing, adjustments monitoring, and reporting. Duties also include database maintenance, software user management, and providing guidance to attorneys and staff on billing matters. Timely billing oversight, cash application, and client communication are key responsibilities. We seek a detail-oriented, organized individual with excellent client service skills, discretion, and teamwork abilities. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field is preferred, along with prior legal billing experience. Knowledge of general accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software and MS Office are advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour
