We are seeking an Assisant Baking position that will include the following duties:
- Forming the products along with the head bakers
- Learn how to create all products offered
- Ensuring the flow of production is efficient
- Setting up workstations daily for bakers
- Labeling & packaging order boxes
- Taking inventory on ingredients & supplies
- Messaging customers on the business phone app for pick up & delivery communication
- Clean and maintain kitchen area and all equipment
- Work with other team members to provide outstanding customer service during pick ups, deliveries and events
Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to take initiation.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to follow instructions and recipes.
- Must be able to follow all kitchen & food safety procedures.
- Able to work with little supervision.
- Able to problem solve independently.
