Position Overview:
As an entry level Retail Marketing Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence, driving customer engagement, and supporting retail sales initiatives. This position requires a combination of marketing savvy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and execute retail marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives.
• Assist in the planning and execution of in-store promotions, events, and campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
• Create visually appealing and compelling product displays that showcase our brand and attract customer attention.
• Engage with customers on the sales floor, providing information about products, promotions, and brand messaging.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including signage, brochures, and promotional collateral.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. (not required.)
• Previous experience in retail marketing, merchandising, or a customer-facing role is advantageous.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of marketing principles, trends, and best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software is a plus.
