Position Overview:
As an Outreach Program Representative, you will be a vital link between our organization and the community we serve. You will play a key role in promoting awareness, engaging stakeholders, and fostering collaboration to ensure the success of our outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Engagement:
• Act as a liaison between the organization and the community, promoting our programs and initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community members, leaders, and organizations.
• Program Promotion:
• Develop and implement strategies to promote awareness of our outreach programs.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, both online and offline, to reach a diverse audience.
• Event Coordination:
• Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and meetings to connect with the target audience.
• Coordinate logistics, secure sponsorships, and ensure the success of outreach events.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Collaborate with local businesses, schools, government agencies, and non-profit organizations to enhance the impact of our programs.
• Identify and nurture partnerships that align with our mission and goals.
• Data Collection and Reporting:
• Track and report on the effectiveness of outreach efforts, collecting feedback and insights from the community.
• Use data to make informed recommendations for program improvement and expansion.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Social Work, Community Development) or equivalent work experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Experience in community outreach, program promotion, or related roles.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
• Passion for making a positive impact and contributing to community development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,138.34 - $3,779.51 per month
