Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation cases
- Prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, and depositions
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel in a professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks to support the legal team
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures
- Ability to litigate cases effectively
- Proficient in transcribing legal documents and recordings
- Experience with legal case management software
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks and processes
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
