Reports to Branch Manager, duties include performing a set of daily procedures, a variety of member requests and transactions, including, but not limited to: check cashing and deposits, loan payments, and product explanations. This job is responsible to balance cash drawers and assist members with basic product information. The accuracy and efficiency of your work is very important. Just as important is your ability to communicate with members clearly and respectfully and have the ability to resolve member issues as they arise.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Schedule must be flexible-Saturday mornings required
• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Cash handling experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, and a professional manner
• General computer and math skills
• Ability to lift heavy coin
• Ability to cross-sell products and services
• Extraordinary member service skills
• Detail oriented and able to function in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate in another language is a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
