We're looking for a HIGH ENERGY, FRIENDLY, creative, bright , retail-oriented sales associate who loves working with people and can help customers create something fresh and new in their homes with our unique and non-traditional furniture and home decor. Great opportunity for the right person.

Our goal is to provide outstanding reception and customer service to everyone who walks through the door. We pride ourselves in providing a high-level of individualized customer care for both our wholesale and retail customers. There is a significant opportunity for growth for an associate who has the sales and customer service skills to complement our dynamic and attentive style.

Responsibilities:

* Greeting guests upon arriving in our retail showroom and learning their motivation for their visit, without being pushy.
* Getting to know them and developing long-term relationships
* Presenting and discussing various home furnishing product options based upon your discovery of the prospective clients' lifestyle, needs and goals - being able to tell the story behind many of the items we sell
* Assisting customers in purchasing, arranging delivery and their ultimate satisfaction
* Learning about our ever-changing range of products, sales techniques, and promotions
* Assist with merchandising and stocking the showroom.

THIS IS A 10,000SF SHOWROOM. MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH WALKING 7,000-10,000 STEPS DAILY.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Must be able to work full time
* Positive attitude
* Work independently as well as part of a team
* Basic computer skills, Excel, Word QBPOS experience helpful
* Social media savvy
* Strong follow up and follow through
* Good communication skills and a people person
* Willingness to learn, coachable
* Listen and assess customer needs
* Dependability & integrity a must
