We are looking for a dynamic results driven individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our roofing and solar products and services to residential and commercial clients. This is a commission based job. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, building lasting customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Earning Potential is unlimited, Top-reps are earning $200k
Average commission earned is $70-120k.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:Identify and pursue potential customers through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, and networking.
Conduct thorough research to understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
Sales Presentations:Deliver compelling and informative presentations about our roofing products and services to potential clients.
Clearly articulate the benefits and unique selling points of our offerings.
Quoting and Proposal Development:Prepare accurate and detailed project quotes and proposals based on client specifications and requirements.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure alignment between customer expectations and project feasibility.
Customer Relationship Management:Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and address customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Market Analysis:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer preferences and market demands.
Achieving Sales Targets:Set and work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets, tracking progress and implementing strategies to meet or exceed goals.
Participate in regular sales meetings to discuss performance, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
