What this role is about: RapidSOS is looking for an experienced paralegal to support a variety of initiatives aligned with the Company’s growth plans. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will assist in all aspects of contract review and management, tracking external counsel relationships, negotiating NDAs and helping run the department. Through your work, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with the legal team on a diverse range of legal topics. You’ll excel in this role if you are organized, have prior experience in corporate contract review, and have a mission driven attitude.

Starting pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include experience, relevant skills, training, education, location, business needs, or market demands. The compensation range for this role is $8,000 - $9,000 per month. #LI-Remote
