RapidFlight Holdings, LLC is Hiring a Communications & Business Development Specialist Near Manassas, VA

Although posted in Manassas, Virginia, this role is eligible to be worked in a hybrid or remote capacity. Chosen candidate must have the ability to travel up to 50% to support business development and marketing initiatives.

Responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, managing communication efforts, and driving business development activities within the aviation manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aviation industry dynamics, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating growth opportunities. This role has a strong bias for action in engaging with Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) customers, partners, and key suppliers to shape opportunities that maximize customer value proposition and subsequent business capture. As such, this role will require frequent travel to support customer, supplier, and industry engagement and will be heavily involved in proposal development.

  1. Strategic Marketing Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote RapidFlight’s products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to identify target markets, analyze industry trends, and capitalize on market opportunities.
  2. Brand Management: Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and website content, to effectively communicate our value proposition to customers.
  3. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website management, email marketing campaigns, and social media presence. Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics and optimize digital marketing efforts for maximum impact.
  4. Public Relations: Cultivate relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the aviation manufacturing sector. Coordinate press releases, media interviews, and industry events to promote brand awareness.
  5. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAS industry, including partnerships, collaborations, and client acquisitions. Develop strategic alliances with industry players to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
  6. Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and tailor messaging to target audiences effectively.
  7. Business Development Support: Collaborate with the Business Development team to develop sales enablement materials, presentations, and proposals that align with marketing strategies and effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  8. Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Monitor expenditures, track performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize marketing effectiveness.
