```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, repairing equipment, troubleshooting issues, and conducting preventive maintenance.
- Fabricate and install various components and structures as needed.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct facilities maintenance, including repairs to plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Demonstrate leadership skills by effectively managing a team of maintenance technicians.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Perform electrical repairs and installations as required.
- Welding tasks as necessary.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in maintenance or related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in electrical repairs and installations.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Ability to fabricate and weld various components.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Strong leadership abilities to supervise and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $23.12 - $24.56 per hour
