Job Description:

Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of facility, building, and equipment under minimal supervision.

Duties:

  • Basic electrical and plumbing
  • General Construction labor
  • Lift, push, pull, and carry 50 lbs. plus
  • Assistance in irrigation and A/C
  • All duties are subject to change but stays in the General Labor.
  • Cleaning and upkeep of facility.
  • Assisting the cultivation team during downtime.

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of low voltage wiring.
  • Plumbing PVC, ABS, CPVC, and irrigation.
  • Drywall, concrete, painting, and sanding.
  • A/C maintenance/troubleshooting and copper plumbing a plus but not a necessity.
  • Uni-strut installation and all thread placement (for A/C install).
  • General knowledge of hardware ie: proper names, sizing of all needed screws, nuts, bolts etc.
  • General wood working skills.
  • Familiarity with power tools ie: sawzall, skill saw, table saw, band saw, chop saw, etc.
  • Ability to weld a plus but not a necessity.
  • Having own basic tools a plus but not a necessity.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Clean background.
  • Open availability.

    - This is a full-time position
    - Weekend and holidays are expected to be worked
    - Typical workdays and hours are between Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 pm
