Technical Business Analyst
Position Summary:

Our partner, a leading technology company dedicated to simplify parking operations with powerful and user-friendly solutions, is currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. In this role you will be improving the customer and employee experience by gathering requirements and bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. We are looking for a product-oriented individual who will be collaborating constantly with product managers, project managers and development teams in the planning and execution of high-value software development projects.
Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field/experience.
  • 2 years experience as a business analyst in a technical environment/team.
  • Experience with external customer products
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management.
  • Experience using ticketing systems.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team to gather and document detailed business requirements, objectives, and constraints.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to examine and interpret datasets, extracting actionable insights to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and update product requirements, comprehensive documentation of business processes, and technical specifications to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Support project planning and coordination efforts, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Monitor and report on product progress, properly identifying, managing and addressing issues and risks.
  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and managing expectations.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
