Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Service Manager to join our team. The Service Manager will oversee the daily operations of our service department, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of service technicians and advisors
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Provide guidance and support to staff on technical issues and customer interactions
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Oversee inventory management for parts and supplies

• Logistics - dispatches, fleet management, schedules approved scope of work
• Overseeing coordinator
• Project management - Inspect, materials, oversee subcontractor
• Estimating(Bid Prints)
• Quality control
• Manage technicians - Hiring, firing, paperwork, verifying quality of work, training, safety
• Tools and supply management
• Crew talent management

Skills:
- Skilled in upselling services
- Knowledge of various commercial roofing systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
