- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Verify patient insurance information and collect necessary copayments
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure smooth operations
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with dental receptionist duties or Dentrix software is a bonus
