Title: Staff accountant

Location: 12421 Meredith Drive Urbandale IA 50323 (Hybrid)

Duration: 6 months (Contract to hire based on performance)

Onsite 6 days a month (Anchor Days: Thursday and every over Monday)

Additional Details:

• Onsite training about 2 weeks.
• At least 2 years of working experience in accounting in a professional setting.

We will count on you to:

• Apply Fees and Commission cash receipts across multiple entities.
• Address inquiries from stakeholders across multiple lines of business.
• Partner with team members to develop process efficiencies.
• Create and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all lines of business for accurate and timely cash receipt application.

What you need to have:

• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
