Responsibilities :

The Production Control Coordinator is a dynamic role who will report to the Plant Manager and support multiple departments.

You will be a team player working in an environment of mutual respect, helping to contribute to the culture of the company.

Additionally, you will :

Purchasing :

• Maintain stocking levels of core materials
• Monitor lead times and supply chain issues
• Research and achieve best price and quality balance
• Create and maintain historical usage and pricing records
• Purchase tools and supplies
• Maintain purchasing records in ERP system

Inventory :

• Count, record, and submit monthly inventory
• Monitor vendor lead times
• Communicate with plant personnel about products
• Perform weekly cycle counts on consumables

Miscellaneous :

• Train to be an EHS / ESG representative
• Assist Plant Safety Committee
• Check in FedEx and UPS deliveries
• Provide BOLs for occasional shipments
• Work with outside service vendors for building needs
• Coordinate plant lunches and other perks
• Assist with light HR duties

Requirements :

• Experience in manufacturing
• Exposure to inventory or purchasing environments
• Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, particularly Excel
• ERP experience is a plus
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
