We are searching for an Electrical Engineer with experience designing electronic products. Candidates who has experience with either power conversion products or circuit design experience are encouraged to apply. This a direct-hire position based in Wichita, KS with a reputable company that has a great culture.

responsibilities:
- Create schematics and direct PCB layout using PADs
- Research new components, technologies, and methods to incorporate into new designs
- Coordinate with other functional teams, including layout, mechanical, software, and certification engineers
- Build and troubleshoot hardware, including soldering, operation of test equipment, and daily work in both office and test lab environments
- Design and execute test procedures to verify compliance with applicable performance, regulatory, and quality requirements
- Design and integrate manufacturing tools as needed for new products
- Create and document designs in required formats, including BOMs, ECOs, and work instructions
