Driving Impressions is a supplier of premium brands to the corporate marketplace. The Customer Service Representative role will support Account Managers and Sales Associates and be responsible for supporting existing clients. Duties include availability requests, sending tracking, billing orders, follow up, and general customer service. We expect you to arrive with a ton of energy, great ideas, and make us better each and every day.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting over 2K customers and sales team from availability checks to billing orders
• Great communication over the phone and through emails
• Supporting team members and customer base by providing product availability, tracking, and billing orders in a timely fashion
• Raising red flags, wherever the business process – billing, installation or anything pre or post sales – needs correction to ensure the customer has a seamless experience with the company
• Collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered
• Partner with premium brands like Patagonia, Peter Millar, YETI and many more

Qualifications:

• Thorough understanding of customer service
• General knowledge and interest of golf/sports and the retail apparel brands that we partner with is a plus
• Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, and the ability to learn our in-house ERP
• Experience in customer service, retail, and or promotional products is a plus
• Self-motivated while providing excellent service
• Demonstrates a professional, team first attitude towards work and co-workers
