We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable dispatcher for an HVAC company located in Greensboro, NC. This individual needs to show exceptional communication skills and be able to work with other departments within the company if you are interested or have experience working in the HVAC industry or related fields as a dispatcher. salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Maintain daily work schedules and time cards for all technicians. Assign tickets to tablets verify time once
entered and weekly payroll for designated branch. Work with scheduling with customer in advance and follow
up if needed including completing customer portal verification if so required. Work with Aftermarket Sales once
quote approved and materials arrive at branch. Help AMS with warranty issues. Assist Branch Manager /
Service Manager to close open tickets. Forward completed tickets to billing through workflow and assist as
needed. Work with Sales Team for needed activities including surveys. Work with other dispatcher assigned as
team to cover their location when on vacation or away from office.
