Job Description
Our client, a growing nonprofit in White Plains NY is looking for a grant accountant to join their growing team. This is a direct hire position with great benefits. This position is hybrid, sitting 2-3 days per week onsite in White Plains, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT ACCOMODATE THAT.
Responsibilities include invoice coding to grants, grant entries, cash/grant reporting, disbursements, grant reconciliations, quarterly reporting, budgeting, financial statements, accruals, and grant accounting.
Qualifications Include a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related field, strong knowledge of USG grant regulations, at least 2 years of experience in non profit accounting, strong technical skills, and highly organized with great attention to detail.
