Responsibilities

• Assist accounting department with both AP and AR tasks
• Support sales department with data entry and documentation within CRM
• Answer incoming calls and emails regarding orders
• Bi weekly credit card transaction processing
• Provide communication with vendors on payment status
• Review weekly timesheets for accuracy
