Job Details
Ideal candidate background:
- Knowledge of Pureconnect to Genesys Cloud CX support with broad knowledge of Genesys applications and best practices.
Skills/attributes are preferred : Certifications and experience directly with implementation of Genesys migrations to the Cloud.
license or certification: Would desire a Genesys certified person so that they can directly open support tickets.
location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
job type: Contract
salary: $44.50 - 55.63 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: No Degree Required
responsibilities:
- Genesys Cloud design and Administrator, Knowledge of Genesys Architect, IVR. Experience with Dialer and Integrations, Text to Speech and ASR. Most have broad Genesys Cloud knowledge.

- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: No Degree Required
