We are actively searching for a Junior Technical Analysts to join our team remotely. The Junior Technical Analyst works as part of the Gateway Business Analysis team to provide support for Gateway products and services. The Junior Technical Analyst applies customer service skills to prioritize requests, respond to questions and tickets, conduct training, and create documentation that supports our products and internal processes. As part of the Business Analysis team, this position plays an important role in improving the internal and external customer experience by providing guidance to help users set up and use our products and services.

salary: $30 - 35 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors

The Junior Technical Analyst works as part of the Gateway Business Analysis team to provide support for Gateway products and services.
