What We Require:

• Previous salesor Customer Service experience is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers effectively.
• Computer and phone skills are a must.
• Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Background check.

Objectives:

• Build relationships with customers.
• Help customers understand how our program can assist them.
• Review customer budgets and credit information.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their situation.
• Explain contracts and obtain necessary signatures.
• Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals by maintaining and exceeding daily expectations, including lead generation and call volume targets.
• Maintain contact with customers to ensure long-term success and satisfaction.
