Randall Construction iscurrently seeking a Social Media & Digital MarketingInterntowork part-time in our Apopka, FL Headquarters approximately 20 hoursper week. We areexcited about this opportunity and are determined to consider the best andbrightest candidates who meet our requirements.

Position Summary:

This role requires a versatile, dynamic, and self-motivated,and preferably bilingual (English/Spanish) individual who can effectivelycreate, manage, and optimize digital and print content across various platformsto support brand objectives and engage target audiences and B2B customers.

Essential Functions:

GraphicDesign:

·Design visually appealing graphics,images, videos, and other visual content for various purposes including socialmedia, website, and marketing materials.

Digital Marketing:

• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing, to reach and engage B2B clients.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.

Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, posting, and monitoring content across platforms.

Website Marketing:

• Update, edit, and maintain content on websites, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with web developers or IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve website performance.

Desired Qualification Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate of a collegiate Marketing program.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) will be a big plus.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, SEO principles, and analytics tools.
• Beginning experience digital marketing tools and platforms related to graphic design, social media management, and WordPress editing.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and social media platforms.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Good working knowledge of all Microsoft Suite software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
