Job Summary (P/T 2-days per week):
We are seeking an experienced and organized Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient functioning of the office, provide excellent patient service, and support our dental team in delivering high-quality care.
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient care, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction. This role is also responsible for managing the staff to align with the practice goals and the practice bonus program.
