Job Title: Project Manager I
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Temecula, CA (onsite)
Contract Duration: 12 months contract
Work Hours: 8AM - 5PM

Description: This position is NonExempt. Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half. Manages/directs the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on any or several non-IT business applications and disciplines. Manage/direct all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, mission-critical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle. Collaborate/work with project sponsors, business units and users to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/monitor project staff, and assure project success. Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines. Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion. Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users. 1-6 years experience

• Help create a project management structure for Supply chain related projects
• Supply chain areas in scope: Purchasing, Production planning, Warehouse
• Would be responsible for ~ 50 – 100 different projects across the supply chain area ranging in complexity
• Project scope/complexity range from 2-9 months in duration;
• Maintain project templates, Coordinate/run project meetings, track actions and follow up with action owners, create and maintain timelines, maintain dashboards to show overall health/performance
• Interface with other areas outside supply chain but within the company: Supplier quality, engineering, facilities, regulatory, operations, etc
• Assist in executing by performing some tasks

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $42.00 per hour
