Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced SAP TM Manager to lead and drive transformative projects in transportation management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing SAP TM implementation, enhancement, and optimization efforts to meet the evolving needs of our clients. This role offers the opportunity to lead workshops, collaborate with stakeholders, and shape the future of transportation management solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP TM implementation, configuration, and project management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading SAP TM projects, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate complex business processes and requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
• SAP TM certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP TM implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues.
• Facilitate workshops with clients to understand their transportation management needs and translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization through SAP TM solutions.
• Utilize technical expertise to design comprehensive and scalable solutions that address client requirements, collaborating closely with development teams.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted advisor and driving successful project outcomes.
• Stay updated on SAP TM trends, updates, and innovations, providing thought leadership and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
