Role Overview:

• Join Microsoft's Cloud and Infrastructure (CO I) team as a Technical Writer and contribute to ground-breaking projects in cloud computing, Azure, and AI. We are seeking an experienced individual with exceptional writing skills and a strong technical background to produce clear and concise technical documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Research and understand complex technical concepts by collaborating with subject matter experts and conducting in-depth research.
• Create comprehensive white papers and technical documentation that are accessible to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is incorporated into documentation.
• Review and edit existing documentation to maintain accuracy, relevance, and compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate the latest information into documentation.
• Manage the documentation lifecycle, including organizing and maintaining a documentation repository and updating documentation as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technology-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, software development, and IT infrastructure.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in documentation tools and software such as Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, and graphic design tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Previous experience in cloud computing, software development, or related fields is highly desirable.
