It's our Director of Finance's job to oversee a multi-faceted business with multiple P & Ls. The ideal candidate is an agile leader comfortable in a fast-paced environment with strong skills and experience in the areas of financial strategy, analysis, forecasting, data strategy and daily operations.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Report monthly financial performance, review budgets, ensures we maintain strong financial position
- Leading and mentoring Accounting and Finance team members
- Oversee budget completion within timelines and communicate to key stakeholders
- Evaluate opportunities to make the process better/more efficient
- Manage financial reporting and ensure executive stakeholders have visibility into key reports and metrics they need to run their business and make good business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA preferred
- 5 years of working experience in a financial role
- Experience with systems financial oversight and implementation preferred
- Excellent analytical skills
- Demonstrated leadership ability
