What You'll Do

Rampart has ambitious goals. Working here, you will contribute to the foundation of next generation wireless capabilities. As a radio frequency (RF) systems engineer, your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Define subsystem/system requirements and architectural approaches for novel communications systems
• Design, build, and test communications systems consisting of RF components such as LNAs, PAs, filters, antennas etc.
• Design and execute RF system tests in to ensure technology fulfills customer requirements
• Document RF system designs and block diagrams
• Research existing wireless communications protocols and standards to determine an optimal integration path for Rampart's technology
• Lead prototype and development efforts for demonstrations to showcase Rampart's technology to potential customers
• Participate in business development efforts such as customer meetings, creating project requirements, providing support to customers

Are We a Match?

We're hiring for a broad range of roles and skills within the organization. Submit a resume if your experience aligns with any of the following:

• BS Degree (Electrical or Computer Engineering) and 12 years of relevant experience
• Probability, Random Variables, and Stochastic Processes (theory & simulation)
• Digital signal processing (theory, simulation, or software implementation)
• Experience in Matlab, Mathematica, C/C , python, etc
• Ability to write software simulations for some of the following: ROC curves, BER curves, modulation, OFDM, channel impairments, and equalization
