Ramirez Hospitality Group is Hiring a Front of House Staff Near Denver, CO
Front of House staff is responsible for supporting all duties below and communicating with each other to ensure excellent and efficient customer service and hospitality. Some of the responsibilities for Front of House positions would be cashier, food runner, busser, and tortilla maker.Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately.
- Ensure that the presentation of food is presentable.
- Assist in that the tables are tidy eliminating dirty dishes and garbage.
- Check with customers to make sure their experience is satisfactory.
- Assist with packing takeout orders & ensuring every order is complete.
- Keep the work area clean and tidy.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to health policies.
- Managing the register, including all credit card and cash operations.
- Receive payments and present change to customers.
- Prepares and maintains a seating chart for each shift and is familiar with the rotation order.
- Communicates customer and/or employee difficulties to management.
- Completes opening and closing duties in accordance with approved procedures.
- Cross-serves and/or assists team members on an as-needed basis.
- Cleans and maintains all areas of the restaurant including kitchen, bar, lobby, restrooms, tables, and chairs.
- Serves chips and salsa to customers after they’ve ordered.
- Enough Tortillas ready for the beginning of the AM/PM shifts.
- Dough PREPARED AND READY to start
- Flour balls thawed and ready in tray
- Be aware of and follow all health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and safe work area; FOR THE NEXT AM PM SCHEDULE
- Be able to assist in other positions within the restaurant as needed and other assigned duties.Enough Tortillas ready for the beginning of the AM/PM shifts.
