We are looking for a competent Concierge/Security Officer to provide access control in a private single family gated community. The concierge officers are tasked with a wide range of duties that makes their job a very detailed and important one, giving peace of mind to the residents of the community they are assigned to.
Shifts:
Saturday 6am to 2pm
Sunday 6am to 2pm
Monday 2pm to 10pm
Tuesday 2pm to 10pm
Wednesday 10pm to 6am
Duties include:
- Greeting, checking in, and directing visitors
- Enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel enter the private community
- Monitoring operational procedures
- Maintaining constant surveillance of assigned areas
- Providing customer service for residents, visitors, and/or guests
- Writing accident and incident reports for any suspicious activities or safety hazards
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property
- Make sure all entry/exit gate equipment is operational.
- Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences
