Access Control Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate access control systems, including CCTV cameras and alarms.
- Maintain a secure environment by controlling access to facilities and restricted areas.
- Verify identification of individuals entering the premises.
- Respond to alarms and investigate any suspicious activity.
- Collaborate with security team to ensure the safety of personnel and property.
- Conduct regular inspections of access control equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Generate reports on access control activities and incidents.

Experience:
- Previous experience in access control or related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and loss prevention techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Basic computer skills for operating access control systems.
