Join our team as our new Air Compliance Engineer and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleThe ideal candidate in this role will possess the technical skills required to lead and execute complex air compliance projects, the business development skills to develop new clients and project opportunities, and the interpersonal and communication skills to enhance existing client and regulator relationships.Your key responsibilities will be:Preparing federal and state air permit application materialsPreparing and quantifying emissions estimates, including emission calculation spreadsheets and databases for stationary and mobile sourcesPreparing and assisting with the submission of Tier II and Toxics Release Inventory (TRI) reports complying with the Emergency Planning Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA)Air dispersion modeling support Conduct air permitting/compliance regulatory reviewsPrepare plans, reports, permit applications, and other project documents; lead technical evaluations of data commensurate with experienceUse prescribed and established methods to perform specific environmental engineering and scientific assignmentsProvide regular and consistent communications to clients, regulators, and project staff on key issues and developmentsGain and share knowledge through participation in technical societies and/or attendance at internal and external programs, to a degree consistent with individual and divisional goalsBe a leader in Ramboll’s safety culture, ensuring that our employees work safelyEngage with other senior practitioners within Ramboll to advance our brands (energy, water, environment, and health) and standing with external stakeholdersYour new teamRamboll develops innovative, scientifically sound solutions that help increase liveability by reducing pollution and restoring natural environments. At the time of this posting, this role is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $91,000 and $103,000.
