Rambo Orthodontics is a high quality, family-oriented orthodontic office and we are in search of a Scheduling & Marketing Coordinator to join our great team! Our goal is to create fabulous smiles with exceptional customer service every day - all while having fun!

Required skills & abilities:

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Greet patients upon arrival

2. Answer phone calls promptly

3. Respond to voice mail messages quickly

4. Enter patient data into computer systems

5. Schedule appointments according to office policies

6. Follow-up reporting

7. Marketing coordination & management

8. Willingness to learn and take on more responsibilities as needed
