Ramada Plaza Hotel & Conference Center is Hiring a Payroll Clerk Near Fort Wayne, IN
Ramada Plaza Hotel & Conference Center is currently accepting applications for a Part-time Payroll Clerk to assist with biweekly processing of payroll, garnishment orders, and putting together associate files. We offer associate discounts for Wyndham Hotels, and additional fringe benefits. This is a non-exempt position. Opera Experience is a plus!!! Microsoft - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher experience is a plus!!!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Entering and verifying associates time in Swipe Clock. Swipe Clock experience is a plus.
- Payroll is processed through Platimun Pay. Platimun Pay experience is a plus.
- Completing I9 forms
- Incoming/outgoing mail
- Keeping associate files current
- Background checks
- Accounting experience is a plus
This is currently a part-time position. Ramada offers discounts for all Wyndham Hotels.
