The Project Manager is responsible for meeting minimum production standards for; timeliness, quality, customer satisfaction and profitability on all projects assigned to them.

Primary duties include but are not limited to:

• Review of job plan and work orders with Estimator
• Review scope of work with client and set project expectations
• Establishing project timelines and schedules
• Verifying all material orders and delivery schedules
• Delivery of work orders to field crews
• Signing of required documents
• Material selections
• Tracking draw schedules
• Certificate of satisfaction
• Photograph of work in progress and completed work
• Perform site inspections to verify adherence to standards of quality, accuracy, and schedules
• Communication with clients throughout project to ensure satisfaction with work
• Ensure completion of all punch-out items
• Updating all file notes and benchmarks
• Attend all team meetings prepared to update on status of projects
• Meet municipal inspectors as needed for projects

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

• 3 years of verified experience in construction or insurance restoration
• Pass criminal background checks (no felonies)
• Authorized to work in United States
• Clear driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
