RAM Recruiting is Hiring an Unit Manager Near Edison, NJ

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Unit Manager to join our exceptional nursing home team. As a Unit Manager, you will play a vital role in providing specialized care and support to our patients, ensuring their well-being and promoting their growth and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the unit, ensuring high-quality care is delivered to our patients
  • Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the unit, including staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments
  • Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to the nursing staff
  • Assess and monitor patients' physical and emotional needs, adjusting care plans as necessary
  • Communicate and collaborate with family members to address concerns and provide updates on the patients progress

Qualifications:

  • Current RN license
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
  • Leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
