Ralph Brennan's Red Fish Grill has an immediate opportunity for a Receiver to join our talented culinary team. Our Receivers enable our chefs and restaurant to serve the best local and regional ingredients and the freshest Gulf Seafood.

Responsibilities :

• Read invoices and packing slips with care and attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of incoming deliveries.
• Check, inspect, and verify all incoming food and beverage, ensuring that products are acceptable and orders are accurate.
• Check all incoming seafood deliveries for accuracy and quality, ensuring they match the order and meet our restaurant's standards.
• Verify that all seafood is stored correctly and at the correct temperature.
• Maintain cleanliness of the walk-in freezer, storage areas, and dry storage.
• Keep accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• 1 year of related experience
• High-volume restaurant experience a plus
• Able to work well under pressure
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
