Immediate opportunity for a baker at Ralph Brennan Bakery which prepares and supplies baked goods and desserts to Ralph Brennan Restaurants. Experience is a plus, but we can also train you.

Responsibilities include scaling recipes, baking desserts and pastries, decorating cakes, and other dessert prep.

If you've ever wanted to learn the pastry arts, this is a great opportunity! Our production facility is spacious and our equipment helps with efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

• Passion for baking and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Previous experience in a baking or pastry environment is preferred, but not required.
• Must have a willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
• Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. 
• Have the ability to read and follow menus and recipes.
• Must be able to start work at 3am and work on weekends.
