Job Description
The E-Commerce Manager will lead the execution and overall performance of RallyHouse.com and its alignment with Retail locations. This position will focus on maximizing sales of official licensed sports merchandise and apparel and driving a best-in-class customer experience. This role involves analyzing market trends, platform's performance, product listings and monitoring Hot Markets.

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; - 5 years’ experience in E-Commerce with a large volume business preferred; - Experience in Google Analytics preferred; - Experience with licensed product within the sports apparel industry preferred.
Work is typically performed in an office but projects may sometimes take the employee to a non-standard workplace.
Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
Must have the ability to life and carry small parcels, packages and other items up to 25lbs, and walk short distances.
