What We’re Searching for
Rally Fleet is looking for skilled, self-motivated Automotive Painters with a primary focus on Single Stage and Two Stage Base/Clear. Our ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in a comparable role, have experience painting and restoring damaged vehicles. We specialize in a safe, fast paced, team environment with quality body repairs and painting on Fleet Vehicles such as Semi trucks, Delivery vans and Box trucks.
What You’ll Do
- Sanding, priming, buffing, and filling in dents, scratches, and other imperfections to create a smooth and even surface for painting.
- Match vehicle's original color, apply primer, and paint coats in order to paint and refinish vehicles.
- Performs thorough inspections of repair work to ensure it meets quality standards and matches original specifications.
- Participate in keeping shop clean and organized
What You Need
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive/truck painting
- Knowledge of acrylic urethane paint systems, we use AkzoNobel
- Prep / auto body knowledge a plus
- Proficiency with basic computer software
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
