Our highly skilled team is growing and we seek a full-time Surgical Assistant who is motivated, compassionate, and knowledgeable to join us on our mission to be the periodontal and implant practice of choice for referring doctors and patients alike.

Our ideal Surgical Assistant will excel in:

• Excellent written & verbal communication with compassion
• Teamwork & partnering with our 3 doctors in patient care
• Pre- and post-surgical care and education with patients and caregivers
• Assisting Periodontists with consultations, surgical and postoperative procedures
• Following proper sterilization and infection control procedures
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of dental terminology
• Taking digital x-rays & performing all chairside procedures efficiently
• Monitoring and assisting sedated patients
• Efficiently directing patient flow through scheduling systems and teamwork

Our Surgical Assistant Requirements include:

• All relevant state licensure (DANB preferred)
• Sterilization/infection control and X-Ray Certifications (required)
• HIPAA, OSHA & CPR/BLS Certified

This is a full-time, 4-day week position, Mondays-Wednesdays 8:00am-5:00pm and Thursdays 7:00am or 8:00am-3:00pm. No nights or weekends! If you have experience with Dentrix and working in a digital office that’s a huge plus, too! Our comprehensive benefits include:
