With locations in Denver Fort CollinsColorado Springs and Phoenix we have many opportunities available.Standard work days are MF with occasional oncall after hours.

Thisposition is expected to work in excess of 40 hours per week duringperiods of high demand periods.

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Controls Service Technician Will receive all direction from BASService Supervisor. The Controls Service Technician will supportthe BAS preventive maintenance agreements utilizing analytics formconnected services take servicerelated calls warranty calls for BASrelated projects and support on call rotation within the team forautomation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES :

o perform thisjob successfully an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may beassigned :

• Program commission anddiagnosing problems on various pneumatic / electric / electroniccontrol systems
• Niagara JCI Distech or othervendor certifications preferred to position
• Beable to perform limited project management assignments and / ordirect installation subcontractors and scheduled checkout ofbuilding controls and systems on assigned small projects by his orher service supervisor.
• Be able to performcalibration of systems requiring basic electronic test equipmentsuch as multimeters
• Perform and scheduleservice calls and preventive maintenance as directed by dispatchand as well as service supervisor.
• Capable ofimplementing energy conservation measures (ECMs) to BASsystems
• Communicates with Project Teams andcontrols subcontractors upon arrival and before leaving the worksite. Reports activities to project teams project managers andsupervisor to include services performed problems resolved andoutstanding problems / coordination required to fulfill customercommitments
• Completes paperwork including timesheets expense sheets service orders and onsitedocumentation
• Maintains a productive scheduleof applied time
• Complete all requiredcommissioning documentation
• Develops andmentors fellow service technicians in best practices of BAS servicework to include trouble shooting installation and timemanagement.
• Works on and communicates toService Manager career development plan to include desired careerpath and leadership training opportunities
• Will berequired to always present the best image to the customer and willbe required to be in a company uniform at all times.
• Capable of climbing step ladders (to 14 ft) extensionladders (to 28 ft) or utilizing manlifts (to 40 ft) to reachequipment stage material and / or install electronic or electricalcomponents as needed

Experience andSkills :

REQUIREMENTS :

• Associate degree in one of the following disciplines :
• Electronics or ElectricalTechnology
• Mechanical Technology
• Computer technology
• Air ConditioningTechnology
• In lieu of college degree listedabove equivalent of 3 to 5 years experience HVAC mechanical and / orcontrol systems.
• Minimum of 5 years experienceas Control Integrator / programmer as related to service andmaintenance. .
• PC experiencerequired
• Must possessa valid drivers license and currently maintain a safe drivingrecord as required by the companys insurance provider.

3 to 5 years experience HVAC mechanical and / orcontrol systems, 5 years experience as ControlIntegrator / programmer as related to service and maintenance, avalid driver s license
